We're a small team building the business line we needed ourselves.
Ringhouse started in a two-van plumbing business. Calls came in while everyone was under a sink, went to a personal mobile, and got lost. The jobs went to whoever picked up first — usually someone else.
So we built the phone system we wanted: one number the whole team shares, a receptionist that answers when nobody can, and a record of every call that anyone can search.
We're a small team and we still answer our own support line. If you email us, one of us replies.
