Why keep it

Four reasons to keep the carrier you have.

You do not have to move a single number to get a better phone system.

How it fits

Your carrier brings the call. Ringhouse does everything after.

Nothing on your carrier’s side changes except where it sends the call.

Stays exactly as it is

Questions about bringing a carrier

Which carriers work?

Any carrier that offers a SIP trunk, by IP or by username and password. Tell us yours and we'll check it before you start.

Do I move my numbers?

No. They stay with your carrier. You add them to the trunk in Ringhouse so we know which calls to take.

Can I mix trunk numbers and Ringhouse numbers?

Yes. Each number knows where its calls come from, and they all land in the same inbox.

Are my calls encrypted?

Turn on SRTP for the trunk and the media is encrypted on the way in and out.

What happens if my trunk goes down?

Calls for its numbers stop arriving, as they would anywhere. Your call flow decides what callers hear when they do arrive.

What does it cost?

Your plan, plus whatever your carrier charges you for the minutes. Talk to us and we'll walk through it.

Can I make calls out through it?

Yes. Outbound calls on a trunk number leave through the trunk.

Is it on every plan?

Talk to us — we turn it on with you and check your trunk first.
