Queues, a phone menu, a live view of who is waiting, and the numbers that say how the day went. No hardware, nothing to install.
Included on Business and Scale.
Three steps, and the last one is answering the phone.
Pick a local number, or bring the one you already have.
Invite them, drop them into a queue and choose how calls are shared out.
Publish, and the next caller waits in line and rings whoever is free.
Six parts, each working from the day you turn it on.
Here is what each part of a call center is called in Ringhouse.
What happens to one call, in the order it happens.
A phone menu and your opening hours send the caller to the right queue.
Callers wait with your music and hear their place, instead of a busy tone.
Whoever has been free longest, everyone at once, or your own order.
Wrap-up time after each call, before the next one rings.
The ring names the queue the call came through and who is calling. One switch puts them on duty in a queue, or takes them off.
This page is one part of it. Here is what else answers, routes and reports on your line.

One inbox for every call your team gets, with one thread per customer.
How many agents can it handle?
As many teammates as you add to a queue. Each one takes calls on the web, desktop or mobile app.
Does it have an IVR and ACD?
Yes. The phone menu is the IVR, and call queues share calls out between agents: longest idle, ring all, round robin or in order.
Can supervisors see calls live?
They see who is waiting, who is on a call and who is free, as it happens. They cannot listen in to a live call.
Does it do outbound dialing?
Agents call out from the apps, one call at a time. There is no power dialer.
Which plan do I need?
Business or Scale. Queues, the phone menu and the live view are included in both.
How long does setup take?
About ten minutes for a number, a queue and your team. A phone menu and opening hours take a little longer.
Queues, the phone menu and the live view all come with Business.
