You can ask RINGHOUSE LTD ("Ringhouse") to delete your Ringhouse account at any time, whether you signed up in the Ringhouse app for Android or iOS, the desktop app or at app.ringhouse.ai.
How to ask
Email hello@ringhouse.ai from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my account". Tell us whether you want only your own login removed or, if you own the team, the whole team closed.
We reply to confirm we have your request, may ask you to verify that the account is yours, and then delete it within 30 days.
What we delete
- Your account: your name, email address, password and settings.
- If you close a team you own: its phone numbers are released, and its call records, text messages, recordings, transcripts, voicemails, contacts and notes are deleted.
- If you leave a team someone else owns: your login and personal settings are deleted. Conversations you took part in stay with that team, because the team is their controller.
What we keep
- Billing and invoice records, for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Records of text messaging consent and opt-outs, for as long as we need them to show we have honoured them.
- Information we must keep to meet a legal obligation or to resolve a dispute.
