Set up

Set up in about ten minutes, in a browser.

Pick a number, add your people, and the phones ring. No hardware, no technician and no site visit. A SIP trunk and desk phones are things you can add, never things you need.

Before and after

On-premise PABX vs cloud PABX

An on-premise PABX needs hardware, a room to put it in, a technician to install it and a maintenance contract. A cloud PABX needs a web browser.

Changes

Make changes yourself, in seconds

Adding a user, changing who rings and switching on a desk phone all take a technician on an on-premise PABX. Here they take a few seconds in your browser.

When the lights go

Your calls keep working in a power cut

An on-premise PABX stops working when the power or the internet in your building goes down. A cloud PABX rings your team’s mobile phones instead, wherever they are.

Keep your numbers and your carrier

You can move the numbers you already use to Ringhouse, and keep your current carrier if you want to. Here is how both work.

Questions about replacing a PABX

Is this a PABX?

It does what a PABX does: extensions, a menu, ring groups, queues and transfers. It runs in the cloud instead of on hardware in your building, and you manage it in a browser.

Do I need new phones?

No. Everyone's own phone and laptop become their extension through the app. If you want desk phones, we provision handsets for your team and you decide who each one rings.

Can I keep my numbers?

Yes. Port them to us for free, or keep your carrier and connect its SIP trunk.

What happens if the internet goes down?

Calls ring the mobile app over mobile data, so a cut in the office does not stop the line.

Can I keep my existing trunks?

Yes. Bring your own carrier connects a SIP trunk by IP or by username and password.

Who sets it up?

You do, in a browser: pick a number and invite your people. Talk to us if you would like a hand.

What does it cost?

Per user, per month, with one number included. There is nothing to buy up front. Prices are on the pricing page.

Does it work outside the office?

Yes. Calls ring the app on your team’s phones and laptops, so they can answer from anywhere.
