Calls + textsPorting is free. We deal with your old carrier, and your number keeps ringing as normal until the day it moves.
You send the number and the details on your bill.
Your old carrier confirms the number can move.
The carrier sets the day. Your line works as normal.
Calls start ringing here, with no gap.
The account holder's name, exactly as it's on the bill
Your account number, and a PIN if your carrier uses one
A recent bill showing the number
The billing address on that account
Keep your old service running until the move is done — cancelling early releases the number.
Don't see yours? Ask us and we'll check it can move.
The number on the van can answer differently from the one on your website.
Each with its name, who it rings and whether it takes texts.

“Orders”, “Catering”, “Personal” — so everyone knows which line rang.
One teammate or the whole shop, on every device they're signed in on.
Its own hours, menu and voicemail. Point it at a queue or the receptionist.
This page is one part of it. Here is what else answers, routes and reports on your line.

One inbox for every call your team gets, with one thread per customer.
How long does porting take?
It depends on your old carrier. Your line works as normal the whole time, and we tell you the day it moves.
Which countries can I get a number in?
The US, the UK and Ghana — a new local number, or the one you already have moved over.
Do I need to cancel my old service?
No — don't. Cancelling releases the number and the port fails. The old account closes on its own.
Can the whole team share one number?
Yes. A number rings whoever you choose, and everyone sees its calls and texts in one inbox.
Is there a fee?
Not to port. One number comes with your plan; extra numbers show their monthly price before you buy.
Do I need to send any documents?
Some countries ask who a number belongs to. You tell us once — business, address and a document — and we reuse it for every country that asks. Checks take 2–3 working days.
Can I bring my own carrier?
Yes. If you already have a SIP trunk, we register with it or peer with it, and its calls run through Ringhouse on your own numbers.
Can I text from my number?
If it takes texts — the search shows you which do. Some countries ask for a quick registration first.
One number comes with every plan, and porting is always free.
