Create your Ringhouse account

You create a Ringhouse account on the web. The iPhone and Android apps are for signing in once it exists.

Open the sign-up page

   Go to app.ringhouse.ai/signup in your browser.

   Enter your Work email and a Password of at least 8 characters.

   Press Create account.

Confirm your email

   Open the email we sent you and find the 6-digit code.

   Enter it and press Verify email.

If it hasn't arrived, check your spam folder, then press Resend.

Tell us about you

   Enter your Full name.

   Choose your Country.

   Enter your Company name. Company description is optional: a sentence about what you do.

   Press Continue.

Which steps you'll see

The next steps depend on your country and your account, so you may not see all of them.

Verify your business

Each country asks for something different. For a UK business you fill in:

• Your registration authority and business registration number
• The name and phone number of the person authorised to act for the business
• Your business address

   Fill in each item on the list. If it asks for files, upload them too.

   Press Submit for review.

Only Ringhouse and the number regulator see your documents. Our team checks them, usually in under one business day, and emails you when it's done. The link in that email brings you straight back. If you leave the page open, it moves on by itself.

Invite your team

Add your teammates' emails, then press Continue. Their invites go out once your account is active. To skip it, press I'll do this later.

Choose your plan

   Pick Monthly or Yearly.

   Press Start free trial on the plan you want.

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, and you can change or cancel at any time.

Add a payment method

   Check the plan and what's due after the trial.

   Press Continue to secure checkout.

   Enter your card on the secure payment page and press Start trial. You come straight back to Ringhouse when it's done.

Pick your number

Your plan includes one number.

   Check the Country, and choose Calling, SMS or Both.

   To find a particular number, type an area code or digits under Search for a number.

   Choose the one people will call you on and press Use this number.

If none suits you yet, press I'll pick one later.

You're all set

Press Go to dashboard and Ringhouse opens in your browser. Keep the tab open to take calls, or get the apps and sign in with the same email and password.
