- 2Enter your email and password.
- 3Press Sign in.
- 1Open the Ringhouse app.

If your account isn't set up yet
You go straight back to the sign-up step you stopped at. If you never confirmed your email, you're asked for the code first. Finish the steps and Ringhouse opens.
The app says Finish setting up on the web. Tap Open web, finish the sign-up steps at app.ringhouse.ai, then come back and sign in again.

Reset your password
- 1On the sign-in page, press Forgot your password?
- 2Enter your Work email and press Send reset link.
- 3Open the email we send you and follow the link.
- 4Enter a New password of at least 8 characters, type it again in Confirm new password, and press Reset password.
- 5Sign in with your new password.

Questions
I didn't get a reset link
Check your spam folder, then use Resend on the screen that says you've been sent a link. Make sure it's the email you signed up with: we only send a link to an email that has an account.
Can I create an account in the app?
No. The apps are for signing in. Create your account on the web, then sign in to the app with the same email and password.
