Get each device ready to ring, answer on the web, iPhone or Android, and choose which devices ring you.

Get ready to ring
Keep app.ringhouse.ai open in a tab and stay signed in. Calls only ring while the tab is open.
In the Mac app, closing the window keeps Ringhouse running in the menu bar, so calls still ring. To stop it, choose Quit Ringhouse from the menu bar icon.
There's nothing to set up. Calls ring like a normal phone call, even when your iPhone is locked.
When Ringhouse asks to send notifications, choose Allow. Calls ring either way, but notifications tell you about missed calls, texts and voicemails.

Answer the call
- 1Ringhouse opens a card showing who's calling. If you have more than one number, it also shows which one they called.
- 2Press the green button to answer, or the red one to decline.
If you click away, the card shrinks into the corner and stops ringing. You can still answer it from there.
- 1Your iPhone shows the call with the caller's name or number, from Ringhouse.
- 2If your iPhone is locked, slide to answer. If it's unlocked, tap the green button.
- 1Ringhouse shows the call with the caller's name or number. On a locked phone it fills the screen.
- 2Tap Accept, or Decline to turn it down.

Choose which devices ring
Every device you're signed in on rings at the same time. The first one to answer takes the call, and the others stop ringing.

When nobody answers
Each number decides who rings and what happens next. An admin can set it to ring everyone at once, one after another or in random order, and to send an unanswered call to voicemail, to your AI receptionist, or to end it.
A call nobody answered shows under Missed in the call log, and your phone gets a Missed call notification.
Questions
Why didn't my phone ring?
Check that:
- Do not disturb is off.
- Your phone is on under Ring me on.
- You're signed in to the app.
- On Android, notifications are allowed for Ringhouse.
Why didn't my browser ring?
The tab has to be open, and you need to have clicked the page once since opening it. If the call showed up silently, click the page and the next call will ring.
Can I answer on my computer when my phone rings?
Yes. Every device rings at once, and whichever you answer on takes the call.
