OffTurns Do not disturb off now

While it's on, no calls ring you, your fallback number included, and you don't get missed-call notifications. The only calls that still reach you are ones a teammate transfers to you on purpose. Callers go to whoever else your number rings, or to what happens when nobody answers.

Choose which devices ring

Under Ring me on, turn each of your signed-in devices on or off. See Answer a call for the steps.

Forward calls to your mobile

A fallback number is another phone, like your personal mobile, that Ringhouse calls when it can't reach any of your devices: they're switched off, or have no internet.

Questions

Will a transfer still reach me on Do not disturb?

Yes. A teammate handing a call to you on purpose rings you even on Do not disturb.

Why didn't my fallback number ring?

It only rings when Ringhouse can't reach any of your devices. If one of them got the call, the fallback isn't used. Also check that it's turned on and that Do not disturb is off.
