Call back a missed call
Find the calls nobody answered and ring the caller back from the right number.

Find missed calls
Missed calls show in red in your inbox and in the calls list. The calls list can show missed calls only.
- 1Open Calls at the top of your inbox.
- 2Choose Missed.
- 1In your inbox, tap •••, then Filter.
- 2Choose Calls and close the filter.
- 3Tap Missed.
- 1At the top of your inbox, tap Calls.
- 2Tap Missed.
Call them back
- 1Open the call's ••• menu in the calls list, or in your inbox.
- 2Choose Call to ring them from the number they called.
- 3To use a different number, choose Call with and pick one.
You can also open the conversation and press the phone button at the top.
- 1Touch and hold the call.
- 2Tap Call.
To choose which of your numbers to call from, tap the call to open its details. Pick a number next to Call, then tap Call.

Questions
Did the caller leave a message?
If they did, the call shows as Voicemail instead of missed. See Set up voicemail.
Can I see which missed calls nobody has called back?
Admins can add the Missed, not called back card to the Analytics page. It lists each one with a Call back button.
